The free 7-day trial is offered only for strategy and planning purposes.
No content posting, ad execution, or paid promotions are included during the trial.
Sochify reserves the right to approve or reject trial requests.
No guarantees or commitments are implied during the free trial.
4. Paid Services
a) Content Management Services
Provided on a monthly basis as per the selected package.
Includes content planning, creation, scheduling, and management within the agreed scope.
b) Ads Management Services
Includes ad strategy, setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Advertising budgets are separate and must be paid directly to ad platforms.
Sochify is not responsible for platform suspensions or policy changes.
5. Payments, No Refund & No Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Sochify are final and non-refundable.
Once a package is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded under any circumstances.
This applies to all services, including content management and ads management packages.
Failure to use the service or dissatisfaction after payment does not qualify for a refund.
Clients are advised to review package details carefully before making payment.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Share required account access on time
Approve content and campaigns promptly
Ensure compliance with advertising and platform policies
Delays from the client may impact service delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all created content and ad creatives belong to the client.
Sochify may showcase work in its portfolio unless objected to in writing.
8. Performance Disclaimer
Sochify does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or revenue.
Marketing outcomes depend on external factors beyond Sochify’s control.
9. Confidentiality
All business information, strategies, and data shared between Sochify and the client will remain confidential.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
No refunds or cancellations will be processed after payment, regardless of termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sochify shall not be liable for indirect losses, platform issues, or outcomes resulting from client-provided information.
12. Changes to Terms
Sochify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
